Is there a registered nursed 24/7?
Yes, there is. Our registered nurses are always available to help you.
 
What are visiting hours?
Visiting hours are 8 am to 8 pm; however, visitors are welcome to visit whenever they like as long as not disturbing others.
 
Do you have regular outings for residents?
Yes. Several times per week residents may go to concerts cafes and other activities.
 
Can family take residents out?
Yes. Many take residents out on a regular basis, or with a few minutes advance notice we can ensure the resident is ready.
 
Do residents have access to a phone?
Yes. We have communal phones available at no cost for local calls. Some residents have their own lines at their own cost.
 
Do rooms have televisions?
Yes. Rooms have flat-screen televisions supplied with free-to-air television.
